Participation Fee : $40.00 covers marketing materials and the services provided by your curator.

Artist are encourage to attend the first friday of each month events to mingle with attendees

ELIGIBILITY
This exhibit is open to artists of all ages. Artist are responsible for getting art to the venue on move in day and in charge of removing art on move out day. All fine art disciplines are encouraged for submission. Eligible media include paintings (oils, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels), sketches, etchings and sculpture ,photography and computer generated works. All works must be original in concept, design, and execution.

ENTRY PROCEDURE
A maximum of five pieces of art can be submitted; up to three can be accepted. Digital images of the art must be submitted to art@cynthiafreese.com for jury consideration. Entries and fees must be received by July 1 2016

PREPARATION OF ACCEPTED ARTWORK
We reserve the right to refuse to accept paintings that do not comply with these parameters. Size and weight of work is limited to that which can be moved by one person. Any work that is hung must weigh less than 20 pounds and measure no larger than 36 X 36 without special approval. Artwork must be appropriately framed or 1 1/4 inch or wider museum gallery wrapped canvas and wired for hanging. Museum wrapped without frame must have finished edges. No art with sawtooth hangers will be accepted. Labels must be securely attached to the back or bottom of the art with artist’s name, title of art, medium, price, and email address. Watercolors larger than 16 X 20 must be framed with plexiglass.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Accepted entries must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show. All reasonable care will be taken with artwork. However, the Columbia Winery cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. Artists who desire to insure their work need to make their own arrangements.

SALES
Art that is not available for purchase will not be accepted. The Winery and the Curator takes no commission on sales and are not responsible for taxes on works sold. Purchased wall artwork will remain a part of the exhibit until the close of the show. For smaller works and sculptures sold it will be a case by case decision as our first priority is to sell your work. Prices need to include tax!
Art will be paid for before art is removed from the show, artist that want me to take payment for them will be charged a small credit card processing fee and checks will be mailed the first friday of each month or passed out at the monthly foodie friday events whichever makes more sense.

Art Pickup
January 5th Move out 11 am artist must be available to come pick up work on move out day as there is no storage and the next show goes up at 1 PM .
